For me, education is not merely a process of transferring knowledge; it is a journey through which individuals discover their potential, establish meaningful connections with society, and construct a life grounded in self-awareness. For nearly two decades, I have walked this journey alongside thousands of students and teachers across diverse regions of Turkey—learning, evolving, and renewing ourselves together.
Rooted in my background as a classroom teacher, my professional journey has led me to specialize in areas such as teacher education, digital transformation in education, learning analytics, and curriculum development. I completed my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and am currently pursuing a PhD in the same field. My academic research focuses on inclusive education, experiential learning, instructional design, and program development, and I contribute to both national and international academic communities through my published articles and conference papers.
During my tenure in the R&D departments of the İzmir and Sivas Provincial Directorates of National Education, I took on multifaceted roles including project coordination, strategic planning, teacher training organization, and serving as a committee member for research approvals. Through initiatives like the award-winning “Online Parental Guidance Service”—which was recognized with first place nationwide—I aimed to enhance the practical application of educational technologies in real-world settings.
Beyond my academic identity, I remain a practitioner at heart. I actively seek ways to design inclusive, multicultural classroom environments that respect every student’s right to learn. My work is guided by principles of digital literacy, neurodiversity, and universal design for learning.
Today, I continue my path not only as a researcher and curriculum developer who critically analyzes the challenges within the education system, but also as a change-maker committed to generating hopeful and actionable solutions.
Education is the future. And I truly believe we can shape that future—together.
